We are officially launching Motion Wallet - a self-custodial, Movement-native browser extension built from the ground up for the Movement network. Motion is live now, v1.0, available on Chrome, and ready for you.
Why This Matters
Up to this point, Movement users and ecosystem builders have relied on third-party wallets like Nightly to interact with the network. Nightly has served the community well, and that relationship continues.
Motion is the next step in that maturity - a first-party wallet experience built natively for Movement, so users and builders have an option that is fully aligned with where this ecosystem is going.
For builders, it means you can onboard users to your dApp with a wallet that knows the Movement network as well as you do. For users, it means a cleaner, faster, more reliable experience every time you send, swap, or sign.

Motion has been independently audited by two external security firms - OtterSec and Sherlock - and the full audit reports are publicly available at motion.movementnetwork.xyz. Security is not an afterthought here. It was a requirement from the start, built into the development process before v1.0 ever shipped.
